There’s something magical about spending golden hours with two people who are truly in love, and Alyssa and Eli’s engagement session was just that. Captured on a warm late-summer evening, their session was filled with soft light, genuine emotion, and one very adorable guest of honor: their pup, Milo.
From the moment we arrived, it was clear that these two were completely comfortable with each other, and Milo fit right into the energy. Whether he was trotting along beside them, sneaking into poses, or giving his best proud-pup stare at the camera, he added the perfect touch of personality to their photos. Their session felt real and effortless, the kind of shoot where you forget the camera is even there.
As a photographer, I love when couples bring their pets because it makes the experience uniquely theirs. Milo wasn’t just a cute addition; he was a part of their story. Some of my favorite moments were the quiet ones, Alyssa scratching behind his ears, Eli laughing as Milo cozied up between them, or the way he’d race ahead and then look back to make sure his people were following.

Because every love story is different, each collection is custom-built to reflect the heart of your day. I only take on a limited number of weddings each season to ensure that each couple receives the experience, attention, and care they deserve.
